PHOTOSHOP
Expert
I have extensive experience with Photoshop. I initially taught myself how to use it during my lunch breaks at high school, experimenting with all of the tools and features. I then took an Adobe CS short course in my last year of high school. Since then I have learnt more new skills during my time at University and working as a designer.
ILLUSTRATOR
Expert
II have an advanced level of skill in Illustrator.
I have been using this program for 10 years, slowly teaching myself how to use it, as well as learning some skills from a CS short course and additional industry skills on the job.
INDESIGN
Expert
I have been using InDesign for the past 8 years. I first started using this program at University in a CS basics class and have been very passionate about using it since then. I have learnt a lot in the past 4 years, as part of my job at OSN. While working there I benefited from the experience of my colleagues and continued to improve my skills.
Digital Illustration Apps
Experienced
I have been using Procreate, Tayasui Sketches, and Adobe Fresco programs on my iPad Pro for basic illustration, design and art. They have been extremely useful in logo design to get natural curves and details that you can’t achieve with Adobe CS as easily. Another way I have used it is when creating comics and patterns. This is a new skill I have recently been working on developing.
AFTER EFFECTS
Novice
I have been taking online courses since 2020 to learn how to use this program. I have completed a number of projects during these courses and have applied those skills to personal projects. I hope to continue grow my skill set and efficiency in After Effects so I can apply it to freelance and more professional level work.
Website Design
Intermediate
I have created a few websites as a designer creating it and assisting with some changes. Most of these are using platforms such as Wix so the client is able to update and have some control after I create it. I have taken multiple courses on UI and UX design, and web design, plus some coding courses on HTML, CSS, with a little on JavaScript.
SOLID WORKS
Novice
I used this program for projects in multiple classes during my time at University. For example, with product design feasibly, 3D printing, and building modelling. I became quite proficient in this program and would assist classmates when they were having issues.
APPLE MAC
Expert
I have been using Apple computers at school from a young age and in my work for the last 10 years.
WINDOWS PC
Expert
I used Windows computers at home for the majority of my life. I am also used to switching between Windows and Apple operating systems.
